The following information elaborates on the registration process to enroll a student in Union County Schools. Please read all of the following information in order to make sure you are prepared when you go to a school to enroll a student. Student Enrollment Packet
Kindergarten Registration is February 1-5, 2010 during the hours of 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Please stop by our office and pick up a packet. This page is in the process of being updated with new forms for the 2010-2011 school year. Please do not use any forms from this page. New forms will be available after Kindergarden Registration. Thank You!
The registration packet all new students will need to complete (i.e. new Kindergarten students for 2010-2011 and all students who are new to Union County Public Schools) are available for download below. Please bring the designated forms to ensure efficient and complete enrollment when you come to register.
These forms will be available at schools for parents to complete if you do not wish to print them out yourself to complete ahead of time.

Enrollment Documentation
When enrolling a student in any grade for the first time with Union County Public Schools a parent must provide the following documents in addition to those listed above in the "Student Enrollment Packet" section:
- Birth certificate (original)
- An up-to-date copy of the student's immunization record
- Name, telephone number and address of previous school attended
- Report Card or Grade Placement Information
- Two (2) proofs of residence
- Acceptable documents to prove residence:
- Notarized rental/purchase agreement
- Utility bills (electric, telephone, gas, etc.)
- Drivers license and automobile registration
- Car insurance and property insurance policies
- Income tax W-2 form and property tax bill

Kindergarten Enrollment - 2010-2011
Kindergarten Enrollment will be held the week of Monday, February 1 through Friday, February 5. You may enroll your student in Kindergarten for the 2009-2010 school year, by coming to New Town Elementary School beginning this week.
Beginning with the 2009-2010 school year, students entering Kindergarten must be 5 years old on or before August 31, 2009.
Parents will need to provide the documents listed in the "Student Enrollment Packet" and "Enrollment Documentation" sections above.
New Student Enrollment
Parents with a student who will attend New Town ES and will be new to Union County Public Schools in August 2007 may register their student at New Town Elementary School.
Parents will need to provide the documents listed in the "Student Enrollment Packet" and "Enrollment Documentation" sections above.
